NOCHEX is an online payment system that enables individuals and businesses to send money for FREE to anyone with an email address using their UK debit/credit card.   Sending NOCHEX payments is the ideal alternative to the inconvenience of sending cheques and the risks involved in giving your card details to “unknown” websites, especially if you wish to remain anonymous. When you make a NOCHEX payment, NO personal details (card, address etc) are disclosed to the recipient. This means that there is no need to worry about recurring card billing or potentially embarrassing transactions on your bank statements.  Plus, when you pay for your goods with NOCHEX they can be delivered wherever you want, not just to your home address.

How do I send money?

To be able to send money you need to have fully registered either your UK credit or debit card with your NOCHEX account. Once your debit card is fully registered then there are 3 ways to send money using NOCHEX: 1- Send from your NOCHEX account: This option allows money to be taken from your NOCHEX account and then paid into the recipients NOCHEX account. There is no charge for this option. To send money "from your NOCHEX account" you must first have some money in your NOCHEX account so you may need to load some money into your account first (done via the load money screen). Once you have money in your NOCHEX account you can send it by logging into your NOCHEX account and clicking "Send", then type in the email address of the person you are sending money to, the amount you want to send, select "send from my NOCHEX account" (and an optional message) and then click "Continue", you will then be asked to confirm the send. There is no charge for this option. 2- Send from your Debit card : This option allows money to be taken from your debit card (bank account) and then paid into the recipients NOCHEX account without you having to "Load" money into your NOCHEX account first. This option allows you to send payments of up to £300. There is no charge for this option. To send money "from your debit card" login into your NOCHEX account and click "Send", then type in the email address of the person you are sending money to, the amount you want to send, select "send from my debit card" (and an optional message) and then click "Continue", you will then be asked to confirm the send. Once you confirm the transaction a message will then appear telling you that we are contacting your bank, wait until you are told the money has been sent before doing anything else. There is no charge for this option. 3- Send from your Credit card : This option is the same as send from debit card only the payment comes off your credit card instead. Again, there is no charge for this option.
