Is it Discreet service/packaging? All of our packages are despatched in discreet plain bags or "Jiffy" envelopes. If requested, we can deliver to any alternative address you advise at the time of ordering. All schoolgirltimes.co.uk parcels are sent in plain packaging. schoolgirltimes.co.uk parcels sometimes have to be signed for. If you're out when the postman calls, don't panic! Royal Mail will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your order or how to arrange for redelivery at a time
Can i get my order faster?Yes but this is only available on our own brand products to uk customers(skirts/uniforms etc) This service is called 'expedited delivery' and costs £4.99 on top of the normal delivery charge, item delivery within 7 working days.If the option is not shown on the item, email us, you never know !
i want my order trackable(uk) please? Please choose Enhanced Postal Insurance on checkout if your order is worth over £34 for this facility.
I need part of my order asap ! what do i do? Please contact us first for availability of the item and if it is in stock we can offer you an partial dispatch on your order where the item is sent out seperatly first.Please note the following terms and conditions of this :Part orders,If by prior agreement a part order is dispatched, this is done so solely at the customers own risk,sent by standard uk post for which a certifiacte of postage is obtained(Maybe subject to additional postage costs)By thus aggreeing to a part order delivery the customer eneters into an agreement where by the remainder of the order is not available for a refund,part or whole,for any reason prior to dispatch.
Do we ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries, for more information on prices and terms please go to delivery rates and times.
What happens if an item is out of stock when ordered? We will automatically place the item(s) on back order ,and notify you if our supplier gives us a time of delivery past the 28 working day deadline.
lost parcels/missing parcels in mail system? Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 16 working days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.This is due to royal mail postal loss policy.We will ask you to sign a legal form P91(subject to name change) issued by royal mail to state you did not recive the parcel.
What happens if there is a problem with my order? We will notify you ASAP and endeavour to come to a suitable and acceptable conclusion.
Can i cancel my order? up to 48 hours after order online before dispatch or the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods depending on reason of cancellation and goods bought,this does not include any items made to order.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items.( not appliciable on all ranges, email for details) This is only where you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. When your item is received by our Return's Department it will be thoroughly checked for any sign of wear. We may also perform chemical tests to detect body odour and deodorant. If there is any evidence that the item has been worn or it is not in a resalable condition due to any reason we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable/not collected from parcel depot , we will attempt a re-delivery only after a further postal postage charge has been paid.
You are not entitled to a refund/replacement/cancel your order until you have taken delivery of the item or within 2 days of making the order.Do not simply not collect the parcel from the depot if you no longer require it, as this matter WILL be investigated with royalmail.
When you can't cancel ? You had the goods made to your specifications or personalised (our own brand stock is made to order)you have opened sealed audio or video recordings, or computer software /they are newspapers, periodicals or magazines, .Or they are noted in our terms and conditions as non returnable.
Order Returns that are lost in transit?We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit as you are responsible for returning the item/s to us. Please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office and retain this until you have received your replacement or refund.
What is the difference between patent and PU?Patent (Pat) is the shiny material and Polyurethane (PU) is the non-shiny

Trying on an item:
Underwear and sleepwear cannot be return once removed from packaging. All other items, when trying on a product all reasonable care must be taken, this means that no deodorant or other body enhancement cream/fluid/spray should be worn so as to taint the the item. If an item is returned and smells of of perfume etc then a refund will not be issued as you will be deemed to have bought them item.We may also perform chemical tests to detect body odour and deodorant.

We want you to be happy with both our products and our service. If you do receive faulty goods,please email us within 4 days of receiving the goods,we will then confirm receipt of your email and advise you on the returns schedule within 24 hours.Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be exchanged( includes smoke/perfume/deodrant smell/damage).Latex and nylon are not returnable due to the fact it stretches when tried on and cannot be put back to original state.
Goods recieved back that are not in as new condition will be returned to the customer or at our discresion,or we may charge the customer a 25% fee instead of pursusing a claim for breach of care,This may rise to the full amount depending on condition, in some circumstance this may also lead to further action for costs incurred.
Returning underwear.Please note: Any lingerie or swimwear items removed from original packaging can only be returned if faulty due to health and saftey issues so please be sure of size before you buy.Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled( inc smoke/perfume/deodrant damage/smell) worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be exchanged.
Do we make uniforms/skirts to order? Yes, you can either order a skirt through the your skirt, your length ! section or you can e-mail us for more information and prices.
What can i do do if i know a manufacturer/brand sells a product but you don't have it on the website?Contact us via email and if we are able to get the item for you we will give you a price .
I saw an item in a magazine, do you have it?People ask this. We do carry a bit of lingerie that was featured in magazines or on television. But we don't subscribe to every magazine on the planet. Soooo, you'd have to give us a really good description, and the name of the company that makes it, not just the "red lace thong on page 86." And we'll see what we can do.
Can i order by mail/post? Yes,you can also shop off-line. When you have made your selections, and at the point of checkout, you will be presented with a completed order form as per your shopping basket. This can then be printed and sent via post with your payment.This means you do not have to give an email address if you so wish . Please advise us of this method of ordering via email/phone .
What about site Security? When you place an order on our site, you will notice a padlock appearing in the bottom of the web browser when you start to checkout. This shows that the browser is communicating over an encrypted link. Put simply, this means it is safe for you to submit your credit card details online with us.
Whats your Privacy policy? In order to purchase from us you do not need to give us any personal details other than an email address or telephone number so that we can contact you with any queries, and a delivery address. We do not pass this information on to anyone else. Full stop.
customs and duty? Please note that all shipments to non EU countries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any charges for duty, etc are your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when completing your overseas order.
